The 2018 asparagus festival in Squille celebrates the Mediterranean diet between tastings of local specialties and good wine!
As every year, the long-awaited appointment with the 2018 asparagus festival in Squille, fraction of the village of Castel Campagnano in the Caserta area. The dates to be marked in the calendar are 22, 24, 25, 28, 29, 30 April, and 1 May. Organizing the event is the Silla association, which promotes the village and country life.
We will meet in the square for taste the products of the territory: next to asparagus dishes will be the protagonist Pallagrello wine. The seventeenth edition of the festival dedicates a conference to asparagus and Mediterranean diet, one of the most important local excellence.
In the days of hospitality there will be no lack of animation, between Latin American music and dances in the square. It will also be announced a competition for the best amateur wine, in which the producers of the area will be judged by a committee of experts, which will reward both red and white wines.
