From 18 to 20 July 2014 Sant'Agata dei Goti will host the fourth edition of the Charcoal Festival offering a menu full of meat and more

The tasty grill festival returns to Sant'Agata dei Goti , an unmissable event for meat lovers, and more!

In fact, from July 18th to 20th 2014 , at the former sports field in Capitone, you can choose from a rich menu featuring several courses. Furthermore, entertainment will be guaranteed thanks to Tiziana and the Guido group, and craft stalls will be set up.

Below, we report the complete menu of the festival.

First courses: peasant-style pasta (creamed eggplant, sausage, and pancetta), fresh Sannio pasta paccheri (asparagus and sausage), penne all'arrabbiata, stuffed polenta.

Main courses: grilled steak, grilled village sausage, grilled chicken steaks, mixed grilled, wurstel, country cheeses

Side dishes: grilled vegetables: aubergines, courgettes, pumpkin, onion.
