The park of the Antiche Terme di Telese will host "Saperi e Sapori", a festival dedicated to local products and cultural itineraries!
The park of the Antiche Terme Jacobelli of Telese Terme, in the province of Benevento, will host the first edition of "Saperi e Sapori ... Ancient traditions of the Telesina Valley", an event marked by local products and wonderful cultural itineraries.
Scheduled from the 4 to the 15 August 2017 and organized by the association Born Sannita, "Saperi e Sapori" wants to contribute to the rediscovery of the flavors and knowledge of the Telese valley, thus involving the agri-food sector and tourists, always fascinated by these lands full of history and natural, archaeological and artistic heritage.
The attractions of Saperi e Sapori
Within the park will be set up food stands, with traditional products such as cheese and dairy specialties, porcini mushrooms, asparagus, meats and sausages typical, canned food, pasta and baked goods, sweets and creams, honey, wines and typical liqueurs, in addition to stands with handicraft products and artifacts.
Il Path of Flavors will be accompanied by the Path of Knowledge in the beautiful natural park, where you can see the remains of private bathing cabins, two sulphurous water pools and bouvette, without forgetting that in Telese Terme there are natural beauties such as the lake and historical places like the ancient Norman tower.
The event will also have a social character, thanks to the intervention of voluntary associations and community recovery for young people addicted to drugs, alcohol and games, with meetings dedicated to the potential of these structures. Finally, every evening there will be musical and folk performances, games and entertainment for young and old.
