In the best of the best sianese tradition you can taste the delicious goat chop, a roll of sheep meat flavored with parsley, pepper and garlic with the best homemade pasta.
The preparation of the meat, then, is also a true art: a slow cooking over a fire in the sauce, for a few hours, until the meat gets its unique softness in a sea of sheep's sauce.
Not least is the “percoca”, a strictly Campanian name that refers to peaches, in this particularly yellow and compact area to the point that it is called “percoca giallona”.

For aficionados, on August 13, the day following the end of the festival, the Municipality of Siano organized the "White Sianese Night" with the exhibition of numerous works by the artist Stefano Di Filippo!
