Not only will you be welcomed by one of the most popular delicacies of Mediterranean cuisine, but also by a setting that is the perfect setting to enjoy your dishes in the best possible way.
And if to the potato gnocco of Furnolo, rigorously prepared by hand, goes the starring position, at a short distance we find the famous porcini mushroom, born in the lands of the chestnut locals. A marriage between the dumpling and the mushroom that will exalt the palate of many, but for the most incontestable there will be abundant portions of Porchetta e sausages grilled, accompanied by the most classic wines local, mostly protagonists the fantastic reds of the area.
