At the end of August and beginning of September, one arrives festival that will conquer lovers of sausages with friarielli. The full title of the appointment, now at the 17th edition, is Friarielli Sausage Festival And Asprinio Wine.
The event will be held on 31 August 2013 and the 1 September at Trentola - Ducenta, in the province of Caserta in Campania. During the two days there will be musical performances and, of course, the traditional dish that will keep your taste buds company.
