The delicious dishes of land and sea of the Flegrea culinary tradition at the first edition of the Fair of Flavor Flegreo of Bacoli (NA)
Do you want to discover the typical dishes of the Flegrea tradition? In the suggestive location of the Piazza di Baia (Piazza Alcide De Gasperi), in Bacoli (NA), will be held next weekend, from 27 to 29 June 2014 from 26 to 28 June 2014, the first edition of the Fair of Flavor Flegreo, a gastronomic event that will involve restaurants, wineries, cellars and local activities, in three evenings accompanied by musical performances and artistic events.
The Fair will allow visitors to taste the ancient flavors of flegrea cuisine and to admire the splendid views of the territory, with the aim of enhancing it and promoting it among citizens and tourists and restarting the local economy. The event is organized by the cultural association Dream Flegreo founded this year, in 2014, by young boys from the municipality of Bacoli and Monte di Procida.
During the Fair they will be able to buy craft products for sale on the stand de "The Friendly Market" by selected food and wine companies, from all over the south of Italy who decided to join the festival project.
The event will be accompanied by entertainment events, such as shows by street artists, such as jugglers, waders, fire eaters, musicians and singers of Neapolitan music, and fun activities dedicated to children.
La Fair of Flavor Flegreor it will provide two menus, one based on land, one on the sea, both offered during the three days of the event.
