Chiara Ferragni, co-host of Sanremo 2023, in the last few hours has decided to donate her fee from the opening and final evening to combat violence against women. She revealed it herself during a press conference at the Palazzo Parigi in Milan, where she presented herself with a red heart.

After being scandalized by the story of Stefano and Valentina in C'è Posta per Te, Chiara Ferragni decided to send a another very strong message.

During the press conference held yesterday at the Palazzo Parigi in Milan, the businesswoman, who will be the co-host of the opening and final evening of the Sanremo Festival 2023, revealed that he donated his entire fee to TO SAY, national anti-violence network that deals with combat violence against women.

And, to reiterate this concept, she showed up at the conference with a red heart pinned on her jacket and a T-shirt with the words "Girls supporting Girls".

Speaking of her gesture, Ferragni said that the physical violence is easier to recognize, but:

“…for me it is more important to talk about psychological violence, of which I myself have been a victim.”

For the Fedex's wife there are attitudes not to be tolerated and that must be recognized in order to say "I don't deserve it."

“I agreed to co-host the Sanremo 2023 Festival also for this reason: because I want to raise awareness among the Italian public on these issues.”

La psychological violence, of which we saw a bad example in the episode of Saturday 7 January 2023 of C'è Posta per Te, it's more insidious because you can't see the signs, but it can still destroy a woman's personality and lead her to isolate herself from friends, family and people she loves for a sick love.

And getting out of it is not easy, because most of the women and girls who have tried, as unfortunately we still read in the pages of crime news, were then killed by ex partners, ex companions and, in the worst cases, by brothers or from other family members, because they did not accept that they had lost "control" over them.

Talking about it is therefore important, because it is not acceptable that, in the first two weeks of 2023 alone, there have already been three confirmed femicides, one of which concerned a very young girl (23 years old).
