A special journey through art and Neapolitan cuisine, staged in the galleries of Palazzo Zevallos! here is the complete program!

Art and taste will be the ingredients of "Flavors in frame", the special initiative, at the Galleries of Italy - Palazzo Zevallos of Naples, to be held on January 31, 2015, February 28, 2015 and March 14, 2015.

The particular exhibition, curated by Dipunto Studio, will give visitors the opportunity to admire the magnificent still lifes by Giuseppe Recco and Giovan Batista Ruoppolo and at the same time you can taste the dishes represented on canvas.

Specifically, after a guided tour of the Palazzo and the gallery, the attention will be focused on the masterpieces Still life with bread biscuits and flowers, Still life with fish and molluscs, of Recco, e Still life with bread, fruit, game and fish, of Ruoppolo, which can be appreciated from life tasting the products of the traditional bell gastronomy.

On the occasion of the event the greatest names of Neapolitan cuisine will take part in the exhibition: from Leopold Infant that, to express Still life with bread biscuits and flowers, will make available its famous taralli, from the inevitable N'zogna and pepper to those more modern and extravagant as vegetarian taralli.

To deal with Still life with fish and molluscs, there will be the chef Vincenzo Russo which will offer tastings of muslin and coronello. And finally for Still life with bread, fruit, game and fish, will be the turn of the peasant kitchen of Pietro Parisi which will offer jams, preserves, vegetables and vegetables in oil.

Creativity and gastronomy, two arts in comparison, for a sensorial experience at 360 degrees.

Saturday January 31: the bread of yesterday and today. The tradition continues. Organized by the ancient Neapolitan oven Leopoldo di Leopoldo Infante.
Saturday 28 February: the baccalà according to the chef Vincenzo Russo from Baccalaria.
Saturday 14 March: the peasant dispensation of yesterday and today by Pietro Parisi, a peasant chef from Palma Campania.
