Strike of 48 staff hours Caremar in the Gulf of Naples with a stop to the ships for the islands of Ischia, Capri and Procida

In the Gulf of Naples it started today 15 February 2016, a strike involving the staff of the Caremar company and proclaimed by the Orsa Marittimi union.
The stop will last until the February 16 and, in the ports of the islands, there are still ferries, hydrofoils and fast ships. The motivation is to be found in the new work shift plan, challenged by the union.

For the islands of Procida e Ischia, strike it involves ships and hydrofoilswhile for connections with Capri from Naples and Sorrento are stopped the slow ferry , fast ship Procida Island.
The only ship that has headed to Capri since this morning left at 6.30 am and will return to the Gulf of Naples at 19.40 pm.

In the meantime, they are guaranteed minimum services for the islands, ie all the first and last races of the day, while for the Naples-Capri route (and vice versa) four of Caremar's twelve races will be guaranteed.
