Yet another thrust by Shakira against her ex-husband Gerard Piqué: in a new video, published on TikTok on Valentine's Day, while cleaning the floor, the Colombian pop star sings "I could kill my ex."
Valentine's Day definitely bloody for Shakira: the South American singer, on Tuesday February 14, 2023, published a video on TikTok (which later went viral), in which she launched a new poison barb against her ex-husband Gerard Piqué.
Sampling the beat of the hugely popular song by SZA “Kill Bill” and, in particular, the part of the song that reads:
I could kill my ex, it's not the best idea. His new girlfriend is next, how did I get here? I could kill my ex, but I still love him. I'd rather be in prison than alone.
Thus also throwing a super dig at Clara Chia Marti, Piqué's new girlfriend, with whom the former champion allegedly cheated on his famous ex-wife.
Shakira "washes" Piqué's house, a symbolic gesture?
In the video we see the Colombian pop star who, while singing these verses, cleans the floor of a house which, according to the most malicious, would be the one in which Gerard Piqué would have cheated on her with Clara Chia Martì.
La feud between Shakira and Piqué it is becoming more and more personal: the singer-songwriter, in fact, also accused him of having forced her to put her life on hold and, also, her career in the background:
“One of us had to make that effort and that sacrifice to take care of our children. And I did. I put my career on the sidelines and came to Spain to support him so that he could play football and win a title. It was a sacrifice of love. Thanks to this, my children have been able to have a mother present and I have an incredible bond with them which is indissoluble and which she supports us. That's it, that's it. That's all I can say."
in 2022 Shakira she's out with a new album and, last month, she also released a new single in which she attacked the former Barcelona player and his mistress. Now however, it seems that she will soon start again with a new tour and it is not excluded that, before the end of 2023, she may come out with something new.
