A Sunday of pure terror that dozens of people experienced in Rome during a condominium meeting in the Fidene district, north-east of the capital.
The killer is Claudio Campiti, 57 years old, a very problematic person with psychiatric problems who fired shots during the meeting. The murder it had been scheduled time ago.
How the facts went: the planning of the crime and the shooting
The man showed up at the meeting that had already started Sunday morning of December 10, 2022. The car, a green Ford KA, parked right in front of the nearby bar "Il posto posto", place of the annual meeting of the consortium "Valleverde Rocca Sinibalda".
The consortium administered the condominiums of a series of cottages and houses in the municipalities of Ascrea and Rocca Sinibalda, in the province of Rieti.
Circa about thirty people present at the meeting overall.
He was already armed when he entered, the pistol apparently was in his pocket.
It is a 9 caliber Glocks, weapon stolen from a shooting range (that of Tor di Quinto) shortly before the massacre, now under investigation for possible responsibilities.
He had ben with him 170 bullets and a second magazine ready.
As soon as he entered he yelled "I kill you all” and aimed the weapon shooting at the table where the president, the secretary of the consortium and the accountant were sitting, as well as other owners. These are properties in holiday resorts.
All three women died instantlyhit by bullets. These are Nicoletta Golisano, Elisabetta Silenzi and Sabina Sperandio.
4 others were injured, hit in the neck and face, one in very serious condition but out of danger of life.
The weapon appears to be jammed during the shooting, at which point some men they jumped on him and they have it bloccato, to then wait for the Carabinieri.
He fired the first shot, then the second bullet killing the second person. He then hit the third woman. I would have been fourth, but I intervened
The planned escape: ready money and passport
Not a fit of madness but a planned massacre for some time, to make it clear the traces found by the investigators. He had his passport with him, a backpack with clothes and ben 6000 euros in cash.
A clear signal that he intended to escape from the scene of the crime, retreating towards l'estero.

Elisabetta Silenzi, 55, was there consortium advisor. She was born in Rome, she lived in the Castelli Romani after an initial transfer to Albano Laziale and then to Ariccia ..
Two daughters, separated from her husband, passionate about cooking.
I didn't know her, but I know well the family to whom I offered my condolences. Unfortunately it was a tragic fatality, in fact, as I was told, she was there for work reasons since she was the secretary of this Consortium

Sabina Sperandio
Sabina was 71 years old, she was there president of the Consortium. She had been one of the first buyers of one of the villas of the consortium, very active in the affairs of the same despite her age.
She was childless and had recently moved back to Rome.
Unfortunately, the family members learned of the death from TV, as it was not possible to contact them in advance.

Nicoletta was the youngest of the victims, 50 years.
He had been an accountant since 2002 with a specialization in auditing.
Mother of a 10 year old boy, married to her husband Giovanni.

57 years old, he was remembered by all as a person "dangerous", with disturbing and violent attitudes.
Apparently Campiti used to write on his personal blog numerous attacks, criticisms and extremely violent messages against the Valleverde Consortium.
In one of the posts, titled “welcome to Hell“, he accused the management he defined as “mafia” of the administration, with too high quotas.
Very strong one of the threats:

According to what was stated by "Il Corriere", the man lived in a 2-storey prefabricated building still under construction, therefore not completed, without water or electricity nor sewage connection, basically impossible without the support of those who managed the consortium.
In the Sabina Mafiosa, finding a technician (surveyor, civil engineer or architect) who would help me now connect to the water and sewage network, if you are in a dispute with the local gang (consortium…..) is practically impossible

The death of his son in a toboggan accident: the ski instructor sentenced
The man had suffered a very serious mourning in 2012, year in which lost his son due to a toboggan accident in Sesto, in the province of Bolzano.
