The Le Notti Rosa theatrical review includes a series of shows against violence against women.
The first edition of the Notti Rosa review in Naples was organized by the Fratelli di Versi Association which decided to support the Pink Telephone of the city, an association that deals with providing assistance to women who suffer violence sexual, psychological, physical, economic and other forms of violence such as stalking. To kick off this event was Monica Sarnelli who on 10 November 2016 gave us a preview at the Teatro Italia in Acerra with her “Napoli @ colori”.
It is a series of representations that will have as protagonists some of the most famous artists of the Neapolitan theater, which will retrace the stories of some women that will make you smile or move, making you reflect on what must suffer all those who suffer violence. The proceeds of these shows, made in different theaters of Campania, will be donated to the Pink Telephone of Naples to help all those women who are mistreated and threatened by their husbands, companions or exes to come out into the open, to denounce their executioner and return to being master of their lives.
The shows will be held in the Bolivar theater of Materdei, in the Acerra Theater in Italy, in the Alfieri Theater in Marano and in the Rome Theater in Portici. The review the 24 November 2016 will be inaugurated at the Bolivar Theater with the show "Sing me, or diva".
