Tattoos, body-art and body-modification will be the protagonists of the XII edition of the Tattoo Expo Napoli!
For all tattoo lovers, do not miss the appointment at the Mostra d'Oltremare that, from 22 to 24 May 2015, will host the Tattoo Expo Napoli 2015.
The XII edition ofInternational Naples Tattoo Convention, curated by Frizz Tattoo and Costattoo, will see the participation of over 250 Italian and non-Italian tattoo artists, who will show their work through interesting demonstrations and many activities dedicated to body-art and body-modification.
The program will be full of events dedicated totattoo art and to the fun. Visitors can attend and participate in numerous shows, concerts, exhibitions, body art performances and exhilarating games.
Tattoo Contest
The highlight of the event will be the highly anticipated Tattoo Contest which, under the judgment of expert judges, will see the awarding of an extraordinary trophy to the tattoo artist who will create the most beautiful tattoo. The tattoo artists will be divided into categories and the winner of each will be awarded a prize.
concerts
There will also be many shows scheduled, with regular guest the rapper and speaker of Radio Deejay, La Pina. The calendar will be as follows:
- May 22 2015: at 22.00 the CSIC band will perform for a tribute to Vasco Rossi
- May 23 2015: at 18.00 live by the Neapolitan rapper Dope One who will propose songs from his first solo album “Dopera. Instead, at 22.30 pm concert by Luca Sepe during which a fundraiser will be held for the non-profit organization "Save the Children" in favor of earthquake victims in Nepal
- May 24 2015: at the time 19 will perform the singer-songwriter Frank Tellina
Fundraising and refreshment area
A stand will also be set up to raise funds for the Mattia Fagnoni Onlus Association in support of research on the Sandhoff syndrome, a rare degenerative metabolic disease affecting newborns. Attention also to the environment: thanks to the twinning with ReForma each stand will be eco-sustainable and recyclable material.
Furthermore, at the refreshment areas prepared outdoors, the participants, including beers, sandwiches, pizzas, hot dogs, cotton candy and many other delicacies, will be able to enjoy themselves with further activities and entertainment organized for the whole day. Many too games with prize competitions like the arm wrestling, cake in the face, tug of war, beer and panzarotto contest, and many others.
There will also be a space with easels and colors where visitors can leave their own "signature", a sign of their passage.
artexpo
No less important will be the appointments with Artexpo, an evocative exhibition dedicated tocontemporary figurative art, with exhibitions and live performances. In the garden area there will be painting and photography exhibitions, writers, body painters, jugglers, aerial performer by the Polyhedral and the association "Circus of the tattoo artists". In addition, vintage Volkswagen Beetles and camper vans will be exhibited by the "Beetle club Napoli".
3D area
Visitors will also be able to interact with interactive installations of videographic e 3D video-mapping edited by Okotek.it. A particular videographic composition will be projected on a space created only for the Mostrad? Overseas, with the help of extremely bright video projectors. This space will thus be made three-dimensionally interactive with games of depth and perspective.
