The ancient Neapolitan stairs connecting the city will relive through "Tu Scendi dalle Scale", with a program full of events!
Among the many excellences of Naples that are gradually coming back to light, could not miss the urban beauties for too long remained in neglect and oblivion. We are talking about the historic stairs that connect the hilly area of Naples to the historic center.
The suggestive pedestrian paths will be revalued, again this year, thanks to the initiative "Tu scendi dalle stairs" which will take place at the city connecting stairs from 8 December 2014 to 7 January 2015.
Specifically, the fascinating natural routes formed by 135 steps and 69 steps, will be the background of a rich program of shows, exhibitions, guided tours, stimulating walks and many original events. All surrounded by the beautiful panorama of Neapolitan admired by the steps, which certainly will give a different view of Naples, observed by a perspective probably never appreciated before.
In a city where pedestrianization is becoming more and more widespread, "You come down the stairs" is, without a doubt, a good opportunity to rediscover the great historical-cultural potential of an ancient Naples that still has much to tell.
Lastly, no less important will be the opportunity to reappropriate and to enjoy the pleasure of a walk in the open area without traffic, honking, stress and chaos.
