Come back one of sport events most exciting, to experience and to see, of our region. We are talking about the Vesuvius Race, regatta of the islands of the gulf of Naples which now comes to his fourth editionee and this year is part of the FIV National regatta calendar with ben 40 boats ready to challenge.
The race will take place on Saturday 25 March 2023 with departure from Bay of the Oncino of Torre Annunziata. The boats will coast location bells of excellence, such as the islands of Procida, Ischia and Capri and the arrival will be at Castellammare di Stabia, for a total journey of 70 miles.

Departure from the Oncino Bay of Torre Annunziata, tour of the islands of Procida, Ischia e Capri arriving in Castellammare di Stabia (70NM). A route full of passages under the coast and between the islands that make the regatta open, full of tactical choices and full of exciting engagements up to the finish line. Classes: Orc, X2, Mini 650, Class 950, Grand Cruiser. - Vesuvius Race Light
To promote the sport of sailing and the beauty of sailing, a reduced course of only 45 NM departing from the Oncino Bay of Torre Annunziata, buoy at Corricella di Procida and arrive amidst the grandeur of Mount Faitor, Vesuvius and the rock of Rovigliano, the historic Petra Herculis. Class: Orc with LOA starting at 9 feet. - Vesuvius Race Coastal
New route dedicated to children and fierce miniatures. 20 miles of engagements, strategy and a high technical rate with a course from the Oncino bay of Torre Annunziata to the rock of Vervece and arrival at Castellammare di Stabia. Class: Minialtura Orc.
The program of the Vesuvio Race 2023 regatta
The regatta takes place in various stages and routes, the Departure time of the race is scheduled for Saturday 25 March at 12:00, but for most veloci the arrival will already arrive in the night between Saturday and Sunday. For the rest of the fleet, the appointment is at Marina of Stabiae on Sunday day 26 March.

How to follow the Vesuvio Race remotely
