Rain of criticism on Walter Nudo for the video, posted on social networks, in which he comments negatively on a Valentino advertising billboard. Here's what the former winner of l'Isola dei Famosi said and why his opinion has unleashed the wrath of the web.
While many were in Rome to enjoy the Concert of May Day, video lesson, posted by Walter Knot on his social profiles, he unleashed thewrath of the web. It all started with an advertisement Valentino, seen by the actor at the airport of Milan Linate (where the actor had just landed), which featured models wearing not-so-masculine earrings. A detail that did not please theformer winner of the Isola dei Famosi who, in fact, shared his disappointment on social media:
“I want to share something with you: I'm in Linate and I'm seeing this Valentine's ad here. In this ad I do not see no masculinity and no femininity.
If this is the message we give to the kids who see it, the kids have no points of reference, they have no basis. So if they then freak out with this confusion, it's normal!
If then they need to go to one psychologist it's normal, because we don't help them at all. Let's try to be clearer. We vaccinated, indeed, we adults, try to have more responsibility and make people understand what is masculine and what is feminine. Because in a couple this is important.”
The web against the actor "a bigoted and retrograde speech for 2023 to say the least"
His commentary, as to be expected, has unleashed the anger of web users, who criticized it, writing that, in 2023, this "complaint" is nothing short of bigoted and retrograde.
Walter Knot has not responded to these comments, at least until now.
