From Sunday April 16, Rai 1 will again broadcast the well-known parcel game, Your business, produced in collaboration with Endemol Shine Italy. The new edition of the program will continue until 5 2023 June.
For the second time, Amadeus will host the programme, after having already presented it in an extended prime time version at the beginning of 2022. This year “Affari Tuo” will be broadcast exclusively on Rai 1 from 20.40 to about 21.30, replacing "The usual unknown", the highly successful game show also hosted by Amadeus (which should return in September).
The format and the news
In each episode, 20 competitors will be present in the studio, each representing a region of Italy and keeping a "pack” (which will have a different form than in previous editions), containing a prize between 0 and 300.000 euros. In turn, one of the 20 participants will be drawn to play.
The match will take place in pairs: the competitor will be joined by a businesses (relative, friend, boyfriend or in any case emotionally linked to the competitor). The game mechanism will remain unchanged, but there will be a novelty in the ending: the de game "The Lucky Region".
The new game “The Lucky Region”
At the start of each game, a notary select casually one of 20 regions present in the game. The competitor can choose to participate in the “Lucky Region” trying to guess the name of the selected region.
The presenter can request the decision of the player at any time. At the end of the game, the host officially asks the player if wishes to give up to the two prizes left to attempt the “Regione Fortunata”. If the player accepts, the presenter checks whether the choice corresponds to the region selected by the notary. In case of correspondence, player wins €100.000 and the game ends. If the choice is wrong, the player does not win the 100.000 € and the game ends.
The presenter then offers a second chance, removing 9 more regions and asking the contestant to guess the correct region out of the 10 left. If the contestant guesses right, they win 50.000 € and the match ends. If not, the player wins nothing and the host reveals the correct region and all other regions.
