Su Via Caracciolo in Naples there will be a three-day event dedicated to Alpini who will celebrate the 150th anniversary of their body, founded in our city in 1872 on October 15 thanks to a royal decree of Vittorio Emanuele II.
On the waterfront the Citadel degli Alpini, towards the Rotonda Diaz, near the tennis stadium that will be used for theATP 250 Tennis Naples Cup. The camp tents will host the Alpini, but will also be open for the public who will be able to know their equipment and even try them.
The traffic device in the center
Il 14 October there will be a ban on transit from 15,30 pm in the streets affected by the passage of the fanfare:
- route from piazza del Gesù: Calata Trinità Maggiore, via Monteoliveto, via Medina, piazza Municipio, via Vittorio Emanuele III, via San Carlo, piazza del Plebiscito;
- route from piazza Dante: via Toledo, piazza Carità, from which the second fanfare will have moved in the meantime, piazza Trieste e Trento, piazza del Plebiscito.
From 8 on 14 October to 8 on 15 October there will be:
- the prohibition of vehicular transit in the carriageways of Piazza del Plebiscito in front of the Prefecture building and the Commiliter building;
- the ban on vehicular transit in via Solitaria, piazzetta Salazar, Paggeria ramps, except for residents' vehicles, vehicles with an "H" badge with an invalid on board, emergency and rescue vehicles, (which will circulate in alternating one-way );
- the one way traffic: in piazza Carolina, from the confluence of via Serra to that of via Chiaia; in via Chiaia, from the confluence of piazza Carolina to that of piazza Trieste e Trento;
- the suspension of the parking of non-scheduled public transport (taxi) in Piazza Carolina;
- the ban on parking with forced removal in via Cesario Console except for vehicles engaged in the event.
Furthermore, until 2 December it is suspended, then closed, the cycle path in Via Caracciolo, between Piazza Sannazaro and Via Galiani for works.
