A suggestive boat tour from Castel dell'Ovo to Gaiola to love Naples!

The Curiocity association has organized, for the August 28th, 2015, an amazing one boat adventure on board gozzi guided by experienced Neapolitan sailors, who will show us the coast of Naples, seen from the sea.

You will sail, with the first lights of the sunset, from the islet of Megaride where now stands the characteristic Castel dell'Ovo, a precious monument whose name, according to imaginative Neapolitan legends, is due toegg that Virgil would have hidden inside a cage in the basement of the castle.

The route will continue along the coast via Partenope, la Villa Comunale, via Caracciolo, towards the suggestive promenade of Mergellina and the Church of S. Maria del Parto.

The tour will continue for the panoramic CapoPosillipo, where the historians are located Bathrooms Elena and the ancient Donnanna Palace. A few steps away, you can admire the elegant Villa Rosebery, neoclassical building, summer residence of the President of the Republic. The trip will also stop at the Scoglio di Pietra Salata, of the Bay of green rocks, the "fenestella" and the village of Marechiaro, the Church of S. Maria del Faro, until it reaches the Protected Reserve of Gaiola and Posillipo Archaeological Park, where important findings have been found.
Finally, the boat will lead back to the Castel dell'Ovo, where you can enjoy a tasty aperitif.
