The 19th edition of the International Film Festival on contemporary art returns to Naples

From the 16 19 October 2014 will return to Naples Art Cinema, International Film Festival on Contemporary Art edited by Laura Trisorio. The review will be inaugurated at the Teatro San Carlo the 16 October (7 euro entrance), And from 17 to 19 October (from 16: 30 to 24: 00, free entry). 

An appointment not to be missed for all fans of contemporary art which since 1996 has been presented through the "eyes" of documentary cinema, penetrating the secrets of the life of famous artists with the aid of the camera and outlining a broad overview of what is happening in the world of art today.

Scheduled for the 19th edition of the Festival Arte Cinema, three thematic sections, Art and Surroundings, Architecture, Photography, which will include 30 documentaries on the most interesting artists, architects and photographers of the contemporary scene with projections from 17 to 24, interspersed with meetings and debates with directors, artists and producers from all over the world.

Tadao Ando creates minimalist environments synthesizing Japanese tradition and modernism. We follow him as he discusses and explains some of his projects in Italy and Japan.

interdisciplinary creativity. Thanks to the advanced technologies of the Google Art Project, it will be possible to virtually visit the MoMA in New York, the Tate Gallery in London and the Uffizi in Florence.
