Avatar 2 between cameras built specifically for underwater scenes, new arrivals and returns
Cameron, as already mentioned, he shot many underwater scenes and, to achieve this ambitious goal, used new cameras built specifically for this purpose.
In the main roles there will be Sam Worthington, Stephen Lang, Zoe Saldana, CCH Pounder and Giovanni Ribisi, while Sigourney Weaver, despite having said a few years earlier that he would not continue his adventure with Avatar, will come back to a different part.
Worthington will play once again jake sully, who in the first film married Saldana's Neytiri and, in the second chapter, lo we will discover the father of a family. Sully, as we know, after moving as Avatar on Pandora, he decided to leave his human body to join Neytiri.
Weaver, in the first film, played the Grace Augustine, while in the second he will play the role of Kiri, Jake and Neytiri's daughter. Among the new entries there will be instead Kate Winslet, who will play a freediver named Ronal.
