Biagio Izzo, Jovine, Sergio Assisi and many other artists with Unicef to support the "100% Vacciniamoli tutti" campaign
It will be held in Naples, in Piazza Dante, the first edition of Azzurro Festival, the event sponsored by Unicef Italy (which this year celebrates 40 years of activity), by the Municipality of Naples and by the Department of Youth Policies, scheduled for Saturday 28 June 2014 from 20: 00.
Azzurro Festival is a musical event that this year will be the appendix of the Musicasoria Festival event, aimed at redeeming the peripheral areas of Naples through music, to help give a better future to the young inhabitants of these disadvantaged areas who have talent in singing and in the dance. In addition, the Festival supports the Unicef international campaign "100% Let's vaccinate them all " , which aims to defeat polio and Extend routine immunizations within 100 to 2018% of children in countries where more than a quarter of all child deaths occur in the world: Afghanistan, Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Chad, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Sudan and Yemen.
To present the musical event in Piazza Dante next Saturday 28 June will be Gaetano Gaudiero, speaker radio and TV host for Rai and Mediaset events, together with Justine Matera, showgirl Rai e Biagio Izzo, ambassador of the evening and of the awareness campaign. During the evening there will be singers, actors and musicians like Franco Ricciardi, come back from David di Donatello, The Giardino dei Semplici, historical group of Italian music, Jovine, finalist of The Voice, Laura Bono, artist much appreciated also to Sanremo and the well-known actor Sergio Assisi.
THEAzzurro Festival will see you compete in one singing and dance competition three categories of young talents: 16 “promises”, with experience in other festivals such as Musicasoria and the Singer Inside Academy; 6 web best performer who have an album to their credit or come from talent Rai and Mediaset such as Manuel Foresta (The Voice) and Claudia Casciaro (Amici), and finally Neapolitan Italian dance champions or with experience in talent national in the Latin disciplines, hip hop and break.
