The special appointment with Cod fish in Naples, or the culinary event that will take place from 14 to 19 September 2023 in the wonderful rooms of Male Angevin.
At the center of the event, obviously, will be the cod, or cod obtained through a salting and maturing process. A food rich in proteins with high nutritional value, with little fat and calories.
Over the course of the six days in Naples they will be set up stands and kitchens with the best chefs, master pizza chefs and pastry chefs who will teach you lots of curiosities and how to combine it in the kitchen.
What you will find at the event
At the Maschio Angioino in Naples on the occasion of BaccalàRe, Aperibaccalà, cocktail bars, interesting free wine approach courses organized by theSommelier Association of Naples. Also on the program free cheese tastings of Onaf, the National Association of Cheese Tasters.
And then technical-scientific seminars on Campania fish products, cultural seminars dedicated to nutrition and food waste. One will also take place on September 14th at 20 pm charity dinner. The proceeds of the evening will be donated to the National Cancer Institute IRCCS Fondazione Pascale of Naples.
