The famous American-style prom arrives in Naples, at the Parthenope University!
Il "Prom of the year", or simply "The Prom" as it is called in the Anglo-Saxon youth jargon, is the dream of all children since the early years of school, in the United States but also in England, Australia and in many other countries of the world. This is the Gala dance which ends the school year in high schools, a highly anticipated event especially by girls, who dream of being invited by the most beautiful of the school, of wearing the characteristic flower on the wrist (the "corsage") and becoming the Queen of the evening.
Italy is one of the few countries where this tradition is not observed, and most American TV show fans have dreamed at least once in their lives to participate in these glittering and sumptuous Student year-end dances, to wear princely clothes and to indulge in romantic dances as a couple. A dream that, at least in our part, remains such, even if the Year-end dance is gradually infecting some school that does not resist the temptation to organize such events.
But soon many boys from Naples will be able to experience the emotions of this legendary evening, at theParthenope University of Naples, where Listagram has arranged a Year-end dance inspired just by the American tradition.
Friday June 6 2014, in the splendid location of the Maschio Angioino, which is one of the seats of this university, will be held a 2013 / 2014 Academic Year's End Dance to which all university students from Naples and the province can participate. For an evening that promises to be full of fun, music and good food from 20 to 2 at night!
In the courtyard of the castle will be set up four bar stations, and in the console throughout the night will alternate Dj Marco Romagnoli, Dj Alex-P (Ardish) & DJ Giuliano De Caprio of ASE Napoli, and a DJ who will be chosen through a contest on Facebook open to all university students who work as a DJ. The winner will be called to the console during the ceremony for a live performance. Silvio Gervasio, voice of Be Nico B.
Starting at 20: 00 the Food Area will be inaugurated with a Sushi & Wine aperitif to cheer the participants in the early hours of the evening by Set Japan Fusion Chocolate, against the background of the music of DJ Augusto Fadda.
During the dance the King and Queen of the evening will not be elected, but rather the best teachers of Parthenope through an appropriate online contest!
Admission to the prom will be free for all students, who can go to the event whether single or as a couple!
