Extraordinary measures for the block to the circulation of cars in Naples will be scheduled for January 2016!
Due to the increasingly frequent overruns of pollution limits recorded by the control units, the block of traffic in Naples, expected until March 2016, will be intensified with new measures which will cover the first days of the new year.
Attention! The mayor Luigi De Magistris revoked the order by restoring the block of ordinary traffic that allows traffic to Euro4 cars.
In fact, from 1 to 8 January 2016 le stop time slots to circulation they will not have interruptions and will be continuous.
Specifically, the provision provides the following prohibitions of circulation:
- 2 January 2016 from 9.00 to 17.00
- 3 January 2016 from 9.00 to 12.00
- 4, 5, 7 and 8 January 2016 from 9.00 to 17.00
- 1 and 6 January 2016, the planned ban will be revoked
As for the exceptions, they too will be more restrictive since in those days Euro 4 cars will not even circulate. Instead, they are admitted to circulation Euro 5 car and later and those a methane e gpl. To find out about the other exceptions, consult theordinance of the Municipality.
These measures have become particularly necessary as the i values of the Pm10, that is, the fine particles present in the atmosphere are reaching record levels, which peaked especially during the Christmas period and then intensified again in the days preceding the New Year.
Recall that, in addition to these extraordinary measures, the regular traffic blocking will be active until 31 2016 March on odd days of the week.
