An ideal event for all lovers of meat and grills, the one organized byFarmhouse La Roccia a Cusano Mutri. It is Embers in the party, a tasty event that will take place under the stars and surrounded by greenery, in a beautiful location.
Starting from the 16 July and up to the 13 August 2016, will be 5 weekend theme in which, every Saturday and Sunday, you can taste the specialties of the farm prepared directly on the visible embers. You can choose the cut of meat you prefer and you will be cooked at sight. Once prepared, the meat will be served at the table accompanied by a wine glass or a glass of beer of your choice.
The proposed meat is always certified PGI and you can choose between Scottona, Marchigiana, Chianina, other local meats, arrosticini of various type and also the Caciocavallo Hanged. There will be no shortage of sandwiches and selected hambuergrs.
Every Sunday for lunch is scheduled choice of menu with appetizer, first, natural water, local wine and the price, 15 € per person, also includes covered and service. For children, animation (24 July and 7 August) and a nice one pony ride with free carriage (17 and 31 July).
