Return to the Bufala Fest on the waterfront of Naples with many products in addition to mozzarella and lunches prepared by star chefs!
Il Bufala Fest it repeats and will come back on Lungomare di Napoli after the huge success of last year and will take place from 1 to 5 June 2016.
This second edition will be dedicated to the enhancement of the bufalina supply chain, but not just the mozzarella will be the protagonist of this great event. In fact, there will also be many other products to discover and taste.
The festival will cover the space from Piazza della Repubblica to Piazza Vittoria for 2000 square meters and 60 exhibitors, of which 55 will be in the food area. The heart of the event, however, will be the Rotonda Diaz where there will also be a stage where they will take place shows e cooking show.
The newness
For its second edition, the Bufala Fest also includes many new features. One of the most interesting concerns lunches and dinners with a limited number treated by star chefs.
As regards the menu, you can have it at a good price and will include a dish of your choice (including pizza, sandwich, a first or second course), a dessert or an ice cream, a drink (including beer, cola, wine or water), a coffee and a Digestive based on buffalo milk. For families, there will be a specific promotion with a menu for four people, that is, two adults and two children.
