On the Lungomare di Napoli the Bufala Fest to taste the buffalo derivatives with a convenient menu!
It will be an event entirely dedicated to the hoax and its derivatives, the Bufalafest is from 11 to 13 September 2015 will take place on Lungomare Caracciolo of Naples, as part of the NAPOLIperEXPO initiatives.
It will be an excellent opportunity not only to taste the exquisite ones buffalo products, but also to deepen the history and tradition linked to them. The numerous stands on the waterfront will offer visitors tasty dishes that include, of course, the buffalo mozzarella from Campania PDO , buffalo ricotta from Campania PDO, but also ice cream, meats and even beauty creams.
With the participation of some chefs there will be gastronomic competitions, culinary exhibitions and will participate in interesting educational meetings.
The initiative is mainly aimed at enhance the Campania region and some of its most important agri-food traditions.
Stands and products
On the Lungomare Caracciolo will be set up several stands that will host, among others, important restaurateurs, Ads e pizzerias of Naples and Campania. Each of them will propose particular recipes, traditional and original, using the products of the buffalo industry. You can taste them mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, cheese, cured meat, buffalo and buffalo meat, ice creams prepared with buffalo milk, distillates, chocolate and even there will be beauty creams e cosmetics in general.

At Bufala Fest you can buy a complete menu to taste the delicacies available! You can choose between:
- complete menu: at the price of 10 € and includes a meal, a drink, a cake or ice cream, a coffee and a liqueur
- ticket family: at the price of 35 € and includes 4 full menus
