The Bufala Fest 2017 will be held on the waterfront of Naples with five days full of events, tastings, workshops and a cooking contest!
From the 15 19 2017 September will be held on Lungomare of Naples the third edition of the Bufala Fest, the event dedicated to buffalo milk and its derivatives.
Reduced by the success of previous editions, the kermesse will see this year 60 stands of which 42 dedicated to food: milk, mozzarella, buffalo meat, ice creams, sweets and milk-based cosmetics products will also be presented.
They will not fail events, meetings, cultural exchanges and enhancement of the supply chain of the agro-food scenario in central and southern Italy, including workshops organized by the National Organization of Cheese Tasters for improve the knowledge of the mozzarella di bufala campana dop and to discover all the other dairy products derived from buffalo milk.
There will be concerts, like the ones of the Black for Case, and shows.
There will also be the first food contest "Emerging Chef" in collaboration with the Professional Association of Italian Chefs which will involve young Chefs who will compete in the development of a recipe using at least one of the products of the buffalo supply chain (mozzarella, ricotta, cheeses, cream, yogurt, butter, meat and cold cuts ).
