Regional stage of the competition organized by WBQA and BBQ dinner with Venerando Valastro, the king of the grill!
Lovers of barbecue, beer and horses? There World Barbecue Association (WBQA) stops in Napoli, a day in country style with settings, dishes and smells that will make you feel in Arizona! And, if you want, you can also participate to demonstrate your prowess in cooking meat, and not only, at the barbecue!
It will be the CILP handling (Equestrian Center Lago Patria) to welcome the special event that, one day before the race, will also organize an evening dedicated to the barbecue with the famous Venerating Valastro from “The kings of the grill”. The expert, famous for knowing how to grill everything from pasta, to desserts, to Neapolitan pizza, together with his staff will prepare dishes like a true professional, thus carefully following the American tradition.

Your taste buds will start to quiver, ready to taste the dishes cooked by Valastro? The evening menu It provides:
- Ribs with baked beans
- Sandwich with pulled pork and coleslaw
- Smoked pasta and beans
- Grilled cake
- Craft beer
The cost is 25 € to menu, but the portions are so abundant that you can also order one for each pair (specifying the preference at the time of booking).

The next day, however, will begin race. In fact, the event will start from midnight on Saturday, as some cooks can decide to prepare dishes that will require the whole night to cook! At 15.00 on Sundays, participants will do taste their dishes to the jury (the federal judges of the WBQA) and also to the rest of those present.
Do not worry, you will not have to wait until three o'clock in the afternoon to have lunch, before the delivery the CILP stables will offer a special menu: sandwiches with Pulled Pork and sodas for € 10!
