Open cellars in Campania with tastings to discover the vineyards

The event is also renewed for 2022 Open cellars in Campania, the highly anticipated event dedicated to good wine that will take place Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 May 2022.

It is a great wine tourism event which is organized by the Wine Tourism Movement and that allows wine lovers, but also anyone who decides to participate, to visit the cellars and Wine Companies of the Campania region.

It will be a special event because the exhibition reaches its thirtieth edition and therefore there will be many events, guided tours, tastings of the best wines, hiking trails, picnics, lunches in the vineyards, on the terrace and live music.

• Welcome with rosé and pancake cuoppo with oregano
• Selection of cured meats and cheeses from Irpinia with bocconcino and buffalo ricotta
• Trofiette from Irpinia with crispy bacon, tomato purée and pecorino cheese fondue
• Pork capicollo cooked at low temperature, Aglianico reduction and potato pie
