Carlo Buccirosso directs and interprets his new comedy from the title Life is a wonderful thing!, on stage at Diana Theater of Naples from 26 February to 23 March 2014.

The protagonist of this story is Mario Buonocore, a post office employee in a depressive crisis and struggling with fiscal problems, persecuted by the financial police because his standard of living is higher than what his salary could allow him, and because of a series of strange movements on his current account. His situation, a metaphor for the economic crisis of our entire country, seems to have no way out.

But Buonocore, instead of turning in on himself and feeling sorry for himself, finds an unexpected solution to the problem: that of take refuge in his family nest, to regain his life and redeem himself of his lifestyle. Coming back "home" will trigger comic and grotesque situations, between hidden and hidden money.

The most gigantic, the most insurmountable, the most inexorable of the crises of an entire country, perhaps of an entire humanity, will be left behind like a cyclone that goes away funereal and merciless to do damage somewhere else in the world, while yours cheerful family, close to you, smiles at you happy, confident, sane and hopeful, aware and regenerated, from the return within the comfortable walls of their family bunker
