A special theatrical guided tour in the Banco di Napoli Historical Archive Museum dedicated to children to celebrate the 2018 Carnival!
Sunday February 4 2018 a special one will be held Carnival event dedicated to families, which will be based in Museum of the Historical Archive of the Banco di Napoli, in the called multimedia section "The Cartastorie".
The Carnival day with the title "The family story shop" is aimed at children from 5 to 13 years, which will be involved, as well as in the laboratories, in an exclusive guided tour, taken care of by the cultural association NarteA, designed just for the little ones.
The name of the show is "Sabbato, the copyist among the cards", and will have as its protagonist the old employee of the Neapolitan public benches Sabbato, who will accompany the children in the visit to the multimedia path Kaleidos by Stefano Gargiulo (Kaos Produzioni) that will tell some of the stories enclosed in the folders of the largest historical banking archive in the world.
The event will be an opportunity for parents and children to learn, in addition to the stories of symbolic characters of Naples such as Raimondo di Sangro and San Gennaro, an ancient profession of great responsibility: that of copyist (or journalist) of the ancient public counters. A work whose mistakes were paid dearly, and Mr. Sabbato will tell his story through his story, which will be an opportunity to learn a piece of the history of Naples, between jokes and quarrels.
