The sweetest and most chocolaty event of the year is coming to the Nola Shopping Center, with lots of news!
From 4 to 8 December 2014, the Vulcano Buono shopping center in Nola will host the event "Chocoland - the land of gluttons", the famous chocolate fair.
Between stands, tastings, sales, courses, users will have the opportunity to discover all the uses and preparations related to chocolate tasting the infinite types of tablets, bon bon, chocolate-confetti, pralines and many other delicacies.
Many ancient and modern chocolates, Neapolitan and not, will be present at the kermesse to offer the public the great classics of pastry and the latest news.
Among the names in the program, appear the Dulciar di Noci (bari), the Chocopassion di Merate, famous for its amazing sculptures all to be tasted and of course the great Neapolitan brands such as Todisco and the Premiata Chocolate Factory Zeno 1926.
Among the unmissable appointments the course stands out "ABC of chocolate", in the company of the best Italian master chocolatiers, who will show you the preparation of delicious chocolates with lots of taste afterwards.
Among these there will be the Gran Manier chocolate prepared by the Premiata Cioccolateria Monaco, the round chocolate with hazelnut the latest creation of the historic Gallucci factory in Naples, as well as the Baules de Noel chocolate balls to eat or hang on the Christmas tree, by the Van Moss chocolate factory.
And dulcis in fundo will not miss the cake design with butterflies in sugar paste by Mina Perna, a well-known Neapolitan cake designer.
