Stairs, breathtaking views and beautiful walks are among the beauties to be discovered on the hills of Vomero and Capodimonte!
Since last 27 March, Naples and spring are the protagonists of the Hills in Bloom, an evocative cycle of guided itineraries, walks and shows among the hilly beauties of Vomero and Capodimonte.
The initiative, organized by the Scale di Napoli and Collina Gentile associations and with the sponsorship of the Municipality of Naples - Department of the Environment, presents a program full of events that, until April 25 2015, will immerse visitors in an authentic urban revolution.
Stairs, steps, parks and villas of the city are among the main sites in review, whose purpose is the enhancement of the Neapolitan heritage, ready to reveal spectacular views and places. In addition, the initiative also provides delicious aperitifs, literary breakfasts, reading, shows theater, dance, music and much more for a month dedicated to the culture, art and extraordinary elegance of spring Naples.
The next appointment, therefore, is set for Saturday 11 April 2015 with the walk along the western side of the Vomerese hill, followed by a fascinating guided tour through the rooms of Villa Belvedere.
Do not miss the other days on the calendar, which will allow you to know different aspects of a city that has so much to tell and that will surely surprise and excite, once again, its citizens.

"Down Naples" through the ancient Via Antignana, historical-artistic walk that retraces the street of the hills that connected the city with the area of Agnano linked to the cult of San Gennaro and the miracle of blood liquefaction. An itinerary in the vertical Naples that starts from the Count of Cerra, and goes down Via Salvator Rosa and Salita Pontecorvo to discover the ancient religious settlements, from the Church of the Caesar to Jesus and Mary up to St. Joseph in Pontecorvo, and nobles (palazzo Tarsia) that have marked the history of places.
