Is there an online reference portal?
Since 2022 there has been a single portal to refer to, namely the Sinfonia portal, also for the choice of a general practitioner.
It is necessary to have the SPID to access and make the choice.

How to choose or change your doctor on Sinfonia via SPID
If you have a SPID, the system allows you to do everything from the comfort of your home with just a few clicks, but be careful: if you have recently changed your general practitioner you cannot make any further changes for 30 days!
If not, here's the procedure:
Open the portal at: https://sinfonia.regione.campania.it/plugin/mmg
At this point click on ACCESS NOW
Log in via SPID, the procedure changes depending on your supplier so we cannot provide you with screens.
At this point, if the login was successful, click on DOCTOR CHOICE
Fill in the fields by entering the name of the doctor you want to choose, tick the circle you find to the left of the doctor's name and then click on APPLY.
The system will confirm the change with an on-screen warning.
How to apply by email or if you don't have spid
If you can't use the online portal where you can make such a question, you can send a simple email with the necessary documents attached.
To do this it is necessary to have the name of the referring physician. Fortunately (at least for ASL Napoli 1 and ASL Napoli 2) they come to our aid the ASL Napoli 1 portal and ASL Napoli 2 portal, which allow us to select the district and view general practitioners and pediatricians who still have availability.
Unfortunately The sites are not well updated, so it could happen that the doctor in question is available when in reality he is not.
