The Municipality of Caserta has launched a new public competition open to graduates and graduates with the aim of filling 7 jobs with various roles.
The intake is for a permanent full time.
The deadline for submitting applications is 23 January.
Professional profiles sought
- 1 kindergarten teacher, category C
- 2 surveyor technician instructors, category C
- 1 IT technical instructor, category C
- 1 managing instructor construction engineer, category D
- 2 architect directive instructors, category D
There is also an active place reserve for volunteers of the Armed Forces. for 1 place in category C and 1 place in category D.
The general requirements to apply
Candidates are, of course, required at least a diploma to access, obviously graduates are also admitted. In addition to this, other requirements are required:
- not less than 18 years of age and not having exceeded the age envisaged by current legal provisions for the attainment of the pension once the age limits have been reached;
- Italian citizenship or citizenship of one of the member states of the European Union or other category specified in the announcement;
- not having been fired by a public administration following a disciplinary procedure or following the verification that the job was obtained through the production of false documents or in any case through fraudulent means;
- not having suffered criminal convictions, even if not definitive, for crimes that prevent the continuation of the employment relationship with the public administration;
- not be excluded from the active political electorate and not have been dismissed or dispensed from employment in a public administration for persistent insufficient performance or declared / and forfeited from a state job;
- physical suitability for the tasks to be performed;
- limited to male candidates born before 31 December 1985, be in a regular position with regard to military service obligations;
- enjoyment of civil and political rights;
- not have terminated the employment relationship due to failure to pass the probationary period for the profile selected by a public administration;
- knowledge of the English language and of the most common computer applications.
The specific requirements for each role to apply
For each role, additional requirements are also required in order to proceed with the application.
Kindergarten teacher
- Be in possession of the qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education Sciences or equivalent qualification by law
- or Master's Degree or Socio-Psycho-Pedagogical High School Diploma, obtained within the 2001-2002 school year, or equivalent qualifications as required by law.
Surveyor technical instructor
- Enabling for enrollment in the Professional Register
- Be in possession of the qualification:
- Surveyor diploma or equivalent qualification as required by law
- or Bachelor's degree (three-year, master's/specialist) absorbing with respect to that required by the call for applications, if the alternative higher level qualification relates to the same study subjects, with greater depth, of the lower qualification required;
IT technical instructor
- Be in possession of the qualification:
- High school diploma in computer science or electronics and telecommunications or equivalent qualifications as required by law
- or Bachelor's degree (three-year, master's/specialist) absorbing compared to that required by the call for applications, if the alternative higher-level qualification relates to the same study subjects, with greater depth, as the lower-level qualification required.
Construction engineer supervisor
- Be in possession of the qualification:
- Master's or Master's Degree in Building Engineering
- Or title to the same equivalent as per Law;
- Enabling for enrollment in the Professional Register.
Architect Instructor
- Be in possession of the qualification:
- Master's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification as required by law;
- Enabling for enrollment in the Professional Register.
How the selection takes place
The selection of candidates will be decided through an initial assessment of qualifications and subsequently two exams, one written and one oral.

How to apply for admission
To participate in the competition of the Municipality of Caserta it is necessary to submit an application by 26 January 2023, the access procedure is simple as it can be done via SPID or Electronic Identity Card.
The question can be made on the official website of the Municipality of Caserta dedicated to requests.
To complete this application it is necessary to insert the attachments:
- the PagoPa receipt certifying the payment of the competition fee of € 10,00;
- medical certification produced by the public health service certifying the situation as a handicapped person or a person with DSA.
How to pay the registration fee with PagoPA
The 10€ registration fee can be easily paid through PagoPA, the revenue agency's payment system.
To make the payment is enough go to the page dedicated to competitions e select the type of competition for which you are applying, or you can travel to the generic page dedicated to payments of the Municipality of Caserta and log in via SPID or Electronic Identity Card.

When do you earn in categories C and D?
The salaries of categories C and D are different, the roles being different, with the highest position in D which can reach from D1 to D7 by accruing the position.
Usually an administrative in Category C earns about €1700 gross, for example a C1 has a salary of €1695,34 gross, i.e. around €1350 net per month.
Differently an administrative in Category D earns about €1850 gross per month, which translates into €1 gross in the case of the D1844,62, i.e. around €1450 net per month.
