The transport company Italo hires in Naples for this summer as they are needed station steward and hostess in various airports in the country, including the Napoli Centrale station.
It is looking for 27 workers for its staff and can apply both graduates and graduates, but some is also required extensive experience in the sector and knowledge of languages.

The training course
If you pass the selection, you will be admitted to the training course for Station Hostess & Steward that will start on 19 September 2022 and will last about a month.
You will learn all the tasks to be able to do the job and so you can start working as a hostess and station steward.
What are the duties of a station hostess and steward
The work of station hostesses and stewards includes the following activities:
- activities related tooffering, To promotion, to the reservation and sale of the products marketed.
- business management information and support for travelers, especially in relation to operating / service abnormalities to ensure proper assistance to travelers;
- the care of decorum and rearrange the Station areas such as Ticket Offices and Lounges, paying attention to monitoring the activities of external suppliers, in addition to monitoring station apparatus and equipment;

- support the Station Manager for each operational activity;
