Activities closed in Campania on holidays 25 April and 1 May 2020 for the Coronavirus emergency!
The President of the Campania Region Vincenzo De Luca ruled with the ordinance n.37 of 22 April 2020 further measures, in the context of the health emergency for the prevention and containment of the infection from Coronavirus.
Activities closed on holidays
With this order, the President De Luca establishes the mandatory closing of sales activities authorized under Prime Ministerial Decree of 10 April, in the days of April 25 afternoon, April 26 and May 1 2020, except for pharmacies, parapharmacies, newsagents and petrol stations which instead will remain open.
Furthermore, the May Day, restaurants, pubs and pizzerias may also remain open.
Failure to comply with the measures put in place to contain the spread of Coronavirus entails the application of the administrative fine, or the payment of a sum from 400 to 3.000 euros, and where provided, also of the ancillary sum with closure of the business or activity from 5 to 30 days.
Resumption of activities
From April 27 instead the will be allowed activities and catering services: for bars and patisseries, from 07:00 to 14:00, while others, such as pubs, delicatessens, restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors from 16:00 to 22:00 and with the only booking method telephone and home delivery, respecting rigorously the sanitary and hygienic rules with the use of protection devices required by law.
