Free admission to 7 historic houses in Naples thanks to the Cortili Aperti event!

The Italian Historic Houses Association (ADSI) Campania invites citizens to participate in the annual edition of "Courtyards open in Naples". The event was organized for the 21 May 2016 with the collaboration of the Federico II University and the owners of the residences with the aim of raising public awareness on the importance of maintenance of private cultural heritage.

For the occasion they will be the courtyards and gardens of seven historic houses open to the public Neapolitan. The visits will be guided by Architecture graduates who have created a publication relating to the event that they will sell to tourists for the symbolic amount of € 3. The proceeds will be donato interamente per le attività di restauro delle dimore.

To highlight the importance of craftsmanship in the residences, during the guided tour you can meet the Neapolitan master craftsmen. The names of the residences and their addresses will be reported below.

  • Palace of the Dukes of Casamassima (via Banchi Nuovi n. Eight)
  • Palazzo di Cellamare (via Chiaia, No. 149 / E)
