Charity, "pizza of the stars" and fun will be the ingredients of the Festa a Vico 2015 in Vico Equense
From the 7 9 2015 June, the beautiful and characteristic village of Vico Equense will host the Feast in Vico 2015, a street food festival made in Naples.
The locations will be decentralized. The bars, restaurants and shops of the streets of the center will host 60 emerging chefs who will prepare their original and exquisite culinary creations. On the seafront, however, on vans equipped with stove, 140 starred chefs they will show their skill by making tasty dishes. And the beauty has yet to come: in fact, three pizza chefs they will delight us with the irreplaceable and inimitable "pizza of the stars", which will be the queen of the party.
The pizza makers, moreover, will reveal to us the precious secrets to make even at home, a perfect pizza dough.
But the real purpose of the event, promoted by Italy Zuccheri and organized by chef Gennaro Esposito, is the charity. In fact, the collection of tickets and donations will be entirely donated to the Childhood Association and the Department of Pediatrics of the University of Naples Federico II.
The secret ingredient for the success of each recipe is to make it with the heart.
