Very tasty warms up Naples: from 24 April at 5 May the historical Piazza Dante comes alive with the second edition of this festival dedicated to Italian excellence. Here, traditional flavors e new discoveries they meet each other food stands e artisan shops coming from every corner of Italy. A busy schedule di cultural events e shows awaits us, to celebrate the culinary and artisanal heritage of our country in the vibrant heart of Napoli.

The organization of the event

The 2024 edition of Very tasty is the result of the commitment ofD2 Eventi association, who took care of every detail to transform Piazza Dante in a feast of the senses. The event enjoys the patronage ofDepartment of Tourism and Productive Activities of the Municipality of Naples, Led by Teresa Armato, And the Municipality 2 of the Municipality of Naples, chaired by Robert Marino. This institutional support highlights the importance of Very tasty as a moment of valorisation and promotion of local and national traditions.

The excellence of Italian taste on display

During Very tasty, stand they will represent all the regions of Italy, from Liguria to the Sicilia, From 'Umbria to the Calabria, from Lazio to the Puglia and, of course, all the provinces of the Campania. Each stand will offer a taste of food and wine and artisanal peculiarities of the different areas, allowing visitors to embark on a real journey through Italian flavors and knowledge. In particular, the protagonist will be theAgora of Excellences: an area dedicated to events and demonstrations that will allow you to deepen your knowledge of the various excellences present.

The Saporitissimo programme

The Agora of Excellences comes alive every day with events ranging from culinary art to artisanal traditions. Some of the highlights include:

  • 24th April: “Florio, the art of the cheesemaker” edited by Nicola Florio, followed by “White art” by Nicholas Guariglia.
  • 25th April: “The secrets of our poke” presented by Giuseppe Sibillo by Natu Pokè.
  • 28th April: focus onAncient Pascale Distillery with Franco Pascale and a return to the roots with Nicola Florio of the Florì dairy in Agerola.
  • 29th April: the Luise dairy of Castelvolturno and the Valente company of the Ascione brothers explore the Piennolo cherry tomato.
  • 30th April: “Artisan taralli, processing and stories”, a journey into the world of the Fior di Borgo pasta factory.

Very tasty it is not only an opportunity to enjoy and discover, but also to participate actively thanks to a series of creative workshops e sports activities designed for all ages:

  • Ludolab laboratories: 25 28 and April, children aged 3 and up can explore creativity with natural materials, under the expert guidance of Ludobus Artingioco.
  • Sports activities: in partnership with Acsi, 4 and 5 May, the event combines good food with physical activity with training sessions dances, muscle awakenings e aerial dances, including hoop and pole dancing, suitable for all ages.
