From 7 to 14 August 2015 all Neapolitans are invited to the tasty "Festa delle Bontà di Bufala"!
From 7 to 14 August 2015, the pretty village of Matinella it will be the location of the "Feast of the Goodies of Bufala", the exhibition dedicated to gastronomy and entertainment.
In particular, the very popular festival, now in its seventeenth edition and organized by the MatinelProm Association, will promote the buffalo mozzarella from Campania PDO in all its forms, from bocconcini to braid, from bruschetta to pizza.
Specifically, planned are well planned eight menus based on mozzarella, buffalo meat, tasty eggplant parmigiana, fusilli, caciocavallo, ricotta dessert with honey and chocolate and many other typical local specialties.
All embellished with evening entertainments as conferences, debates in the company of the major industry representatives, music, entertainment, karaoke, dancing, entertainment for children and a special lottery with many prizes including an elegant cruise.
The event will promote not only the excellent Neapolitan dairy products but also the respect and love for the territory. In fact, there will also be social initiatives, the same that with the proceeds of the last edition, have allowed the renovation of the external facades of the church of San Gennaro in Piazza Sant'Anna.
