Free admission to the fathers at the Madre Museum in Naples for the 2017 Father's Day with a program of visits and workshops.
On the occasion of 2017 Father's Day, Mother Museum of Naples will allow lfree admission to all fathers, initiative similar to that of the Pietrarsa Railway Museum.
The Mother has developed a long program of visits to ensure that fathers with their children can go to the discovery of the works of contemporary art preserved in the Museum, through the guidance of experts who will take them to the various rooms.
In this way, families will be able to learn about the projects of the structure, such as the “Per_formare una collazione”, the site-specific installation and participate in fun workshops.

A series of educational visits to better understand contemporary art through thesite-specific installation of the first floor, the “Per_formare una Collezione” project and the exhibition “Seven Seasons of the Spirit”By Gian Maria Tosatti. It is an exhibition that traces the seven interventions that the author has made in some monuments and historic buildings in Naples, abandoned or disused, which have been re-evaluated by the artist.

The traditional family workshop of the Madre Museum is this time dedicated to fathers who, in a playful and fun way, will discover contemporary art with their children. We will start from the work of Mimmo Paladino, “Untitled”, to understand how the forms, free from their support, can move in a three-dimensional environment. In conclusion, i children will be able to create a 3D work to devote to their fathers.
