Comes the 2016 Wine Festival in Procida: three days dedicated to wine with concerts in the square and dancing!
La Wine Festival a Procida returns again this year with a program full of events. The event, organized by the Procida Association with the patronage of Municipality of the island of Procida, is dedicated to the memory of Nicolantonio and will take place from 11 to 13 November 2016 at the historic village of Terra Murata.
During these three days they will be able to taste the wines and traditional local dishes. The price of the menu is 15,00 euro and entitles you to a first, according to and to a glass goblet, to keep in its bag. You will be left with the decision to choose between a dessert or three glasses of local loose wine.

Starter
You can choose between four first courses: pasta all'ortolana, pasta and potatoes with provolone, pasta and beans with mussels and pasta with Genoese.
Main course
You can choose from four seconds: sandwich with sausage, a coppetiello of fried anchovies, a plate of 'or pears and' or muss to the salad.
Desserts
For the gluttons there will be the typical sweets of the Campania tradition.

At 19 pm opening of stands with food and wine products, areas dedicated to local crafts, musical performances, dances and entertainment for children.
Saturday November 12 2016
In the morning, two major events: the visit to the vineyards (by booking by the previous evening) and the Wine Regatta in the waters of the Procida canal organized by the Lega Navale di Procida. Visitors will be able to taste the nectar of the gods and typical dishes in the restaurants and bars that have joined the event.
In the afternoon in Piazza Marina Grande will be presented some books that have as their subject the wine, soon after there will be the award ceremony of the regatta and musical performances until late at night. All the restaurants and bars will continue to let you taste local dishes and wines.

At 10:30 all the streets of the island will be closed to traffic to kick off the 1st Procida Coast to Coast Wine Festival Trophy, a foot race organized by the polisportiva + Procida futura.
