In August, all Neapolitan gourmets are invited to the amusing Beer Festival and the Casertano Black Pig!
From 13 to 18 August 2015, Janus Vetusto, will be held Festa della Birra and the Sagra del Pigino Nero Casertano, two events dedicated to excellent food, quality beer and fun.
In particular, the beer festival, now in its twelfth edition, will propose to the participants a calendar full of events that will be held during the six days of the festival.
In fact, by 14 16 to August, the festival will be embellished by the fourth edition of the Sagra del Maialino Nero, with many culinary specialties based on the renowned meat. Furthermore, for the entire duration of the festival, there will be also excellent typical local dishes between sandwiches, pizzas, traditional first courses such as pasta with wild boar sauce, pasta and Neapolitan potatoes, desserts and many other delicacies from Giano and the territory.
Obviously they will not be missing liters and liters of craft beer "Saint John's Bier" produced in Faicchio, accompanied by shows, cabaret, music, laughter and lots of fun for young and old.
