La peninsula Sorrento is preparing to welcome various events to celebrate the two patrons of Vico Equense. We have already told you about the tour Choco Italy which will also bring the artisan chocolate fair to Sorrento, but during these days of celebrations good food will not only be represented by chocolate, but also by other demonstrations that will take place for the big occasion.
This year the party will be held 28 from January to 31 2023 and will offer a range of activities for all tastes.
Choco Italia from 28 to 31 January

Musical prayer on January 30th
On Monday 30 January at 20.00 in the Parish Church there will be "Beyond the horizon", a musical prayer by the Young people from the Ancient Cathedral of Massa Lubrense. The event will see the participation of a choir and an orchestra who will perform sacred and classical pieces.
Fried pizza in the square on January 31st
The party will also have a twist saltywe are talking about the Fried pizza by Camillo Oste Verace which will be served starting at 17.00 in Piazza Marconi.
Fried pizza is a typical dish of Neapolitan cuisine and represents one of the specialties of Campania cuisine. A perfect ending to such a traditional celebration, a way to savor a culinary delight and to immerse yourself in the gastronomic culture of the region.
