Feast of the Mangione 2015 in Baronissi (SA)

From 14 to 18 in August 2015, Baronissi is full of perfumes, entertainment and culinary goodness for the joy of all Neapolitan eaters!

From 14 to 18 August 2015, Neapolitan gourmets can not miss the "Feast of the Mangione", the tasty festival, dedicated to local gastronomy and fun, to be held in baronissi.

The eighth edition of the renowned festival, organized by the socio-cultural association Sogno & Realtà, will delight all visitors with excellent traditional dishes such as pasta and beans with mushrooms and bacon, fusilli with meat sauce, grilled meats, sautéed hamburgers, pizzas, panini, cuoppi, pastries and much more, including the famous Mallone sciatizzo, a typical recipe of the hinterland of Campania composed of a mixture of wild vegetables, potatoes and hot peppers.

To embellish the event will be the stands with tastings based on excellent gluten-free products and a rich program of entertainments and fun events including music, karaoke, group dances, foam parties, talent scouts, playgrounds for children and adults and amazing competitions of "binges of the glutton" with many news in store for all participants.

First courses: Dish of Mangione served in a pan (mixed pasta, borlotti beans, porcini mushrooms and smoked bacon); Fusilli with meat sauce; Bacon and zucchini pasta.
Second courses: Grilled pork trio; Mallone sciatizzo; Spleen; Saute; ciambotta; Hamburger; Mortadella.
Sandwiches with sausage, pork, spleen or hamburger with the addition of a side dish.
Pizza margherita; White cooked; Diavola; Delight; Michele.
Drinks (wine, coke, beer)
