In Bacoli the feast of Sant'Anna is celebrated with lots of music, tastings and special events!
Starting from last July 24 2015, bacoli has become the scenario of the Patron Saint's Day, the rich review of religion, history and traditions that will end the next August 5th, 2015.
The event, under the patronage of the Municipality of Bacoli, is presented with a rich schedule of events, with pyrotechnic shows, processions, illuminations and artistic drawings, concerts, auctions, bands and famous artists including the beloved Vincenzo Salemme, born just in Bacoli.
And it does not end here, because the calendar also provides special tastings of typical products, local crafts, festivals, live music, theater, cabaret and exhibitions of painting, ceramics and photography.
A beautiful occasion, therefore, to celebrate Sant'Anna, the mother of the Virgin Mary, and to rediscover customs, cultures and all the popular traditions of one of the most beautiful places in Italy. Bacoli, in fact, with the historical center, the Casina Vanvitelliana, the Villa Comunale, Piazza Marconi, the Aragonese Castle and the Miseno Lake is one of the most fascinating areas of the Campania region, rich in treasures and beauties to be discovered.
